Everything is fine, there are only minor drawbacks.
Has pros: I've been making use of it for well over a month now. Not noisy. A few of my discs have holes, but otherwise everything is in working order (discs are stamped). Its cons: Since the rubber is pliable, I can't say for certain whether or not this will result in accelerated wear. In addition to that, it is crooked. You may observe how it "floats" when you are balancing it.
