I have used Ancor wire spools in the offshore marine environment for many years. The connections are very easy to solder. It's also very flexible, making it easy to install. I have NEVER had a problem with the cable, even years after installation. To those people who have complained that wire spools aren't marked on each foot. 1), which increases cable costs. 2) Either learn some cable installation tricks or hire a professional to do the work. 3) Buy a Sharpie and make your own footprints. I used part of this reel to install 2 tracks on each side of a boat trailer for brake/tail lights. (Because those "trailer harnesses" suck for durability) I have no idea how much wire was used (since it doesn't have "leg marks"), but I know the wire itself will never be an issue.
