Revain lost the original packaging - it was meant for delivery, was updated as late and asked me to wait a few days before I request a refund, or replacement. I'll give you reason to doubt when Tropical Storm Ida struck, but the package was lost before the storm reached our area. I should have just canceled when it was late. The printer itself was missing two small steel tubes holding the spool holder together. The assembly went well, but the printer comes with an additional connector that does not have to be connected to anything. According to the manufacturer's video on Youtube, it is only the Z stop, which is not used in this design and can be neglected. Why is it even part of the printer itself? After assembly I tried to level the platform but the automatic bed level sensor gave an error and kept failing. The probe rotates and retracts as usual, but then its LED quickly flashes blue. There is no way in the printer firmware to diagnose what exactly is happening with the level sensor (BLtouch with Artillery proprietary connector). I did the troubleshooting with their support which isn't much fun as they work on the other side of the world at their local time. The manufacturer sends another BLtouch probe. They ship from China so I don't expect a quick fix. Artillery as a brand came highly recommended and their cable design is a wonderful, smooth implementation that I don't think anyone has done before, but this thing literally works out of the box. It's not exactly impressive. I grabbed the packaging and thought about just returning it and getting a Prusa.
