I didn't pay much for the ink cartridges, of course, but I still expected them to work. I used the first black cartridge and when it came time to replace it the second ran a few prints and "failed". I took it out and turned off the printer and then installed it again. The same thing. Now I have a backlog of printing work and I have to take a break from my work, go to buy one in brick and mortar and I'm a full cartridge useless. Thanks for nothing and a crappy product.
