Beautiful bag, super well-made, loved it so much. I love a purse with an easy-to-reach external pocket for my phone or stuff I don't want to dig for. However, I will be returning it because it is a lot smaller than I expected it to be. I don't carry that much stuff, but the main pouch of the bag holds my wallet and that's about it. I tried to fit my keychain in there and that took a bit of shoving, and the back of the back was sticking out with both items in there. If this were a less structural bag, it might've worked out, but I'm sadly letting it go. If you travel light on a day-to-day basis, absolutely amazing bag. I just wish it were bigger. ):
