I guess that's what you'd expect from a plastic desk. The chairs are very light and fall off easily. My son is rather younger for this table (16 months). Perhaps as coordination improves, he will find it easier to sit and not worry about tipping over. It was easy to assemble. The lego set is fine. Too bad they didn't include a few extra square pieces, barely put this thing together, and the plastic ball doesn't keep moving all the time. I was missing half of the plastic ball and missing the pieces to connect the last leg to the tallest piece. Directions are fine, didn't take me long to figure it out.
