Not allowing enough air to flow through the A/C condenser when the vehicle is idling.

Loud fan at high speed. It also doesn't let enough air through the A/C condenser when the car is idling. The air conditioner will then blow warm when idling when the daytime temperature is 90 degrees or higher.
