Easy to use, great customer service and support, they are always looking out for ways to improve the product. I have been using cushions since 2015 and I must say that it has been a great experience. Not much to dislike. It's a great platform with a lot of features such as project management, invoicing, time tracking etc. If you're in need of an easy-to-use project management software, then definitely go for cushion. We've used cushion for our project management needs and it has been nothing but a success.
