The online store of WELLSEM did not live up to my expectations, and I am left with the impression that something important was miscommunicated to me. The website's navigation was unclear, so it was difficult for me to locate the information that I required. The process of checking out was similarly aggravating, and I struggled to comprehend the different payment options that were available. In addition to this, my purchase did not arrive when it was supposed to, and the products themselves were of a disappointing quality. Unfortunately, this person who does not speak English as their first language did not find WELLSEM's online store to be very user-friendly.
