A good variety, but I do think the could have been a bit bigger (they're recommended for the 7qt- but there's still at least another inch of space. Also wish it came with specific pictures of what to use things for- perhaps it's just common sense, but I was puzzled by the "toaster" rack. The skewers when full easily slide off when pulling out the basket- but the still grilled well- in fact, really yummy! I mostly use the simple rack & skewer rack so far, but just got it all- fryer (which I really like) & accessories. It all cleans easily. I bought command hooks & attached a lot of the items to the inside of my cabinet doors to save space & have easy access to items - they don't exactly stack well, so this plan works great.
