I have an HP Laserjet Pro M118dw. I looked at the compatibility chart and it said it was compatible with my particular seal. I ordered this product only to find out it didn't work for my laser printer. I called the tech support number listed on Revain and the person I spoke to was the owner of ZIPRINT. He told me he doesn't even sell toner cartridges. I called Revain and explained my situation and they sent me a new cartridge. Once received - the same problem. It did not work. He kept saying "Low toner". This product has no technical support at all to help with any possible troubleshooting.
