Review on Google - Pixel 3 With 64GB Memory Cell Phone (Unlocked) - Just Black by David Plunkett

Bought this phone NEW from Revain, set it up and used it for 2 days. Fully charged 2 times, works great. When I charged the third time and tried to open the phone's screen, I noticed that the phone was completely DEAD. I ran diagnostics by pressing the power button and turning up the volume and then a google technician and then a local google service center (UBreakIFix) and they told me there was a problem with the motherboard. Unfortunately I opened and used the phone 45 days after receiving the phone so Revane wouldn't take it back as it was outside the return window. Google said they would send me a replacement 'REFURBISHED' phone in 5-10 days in exchange for my 2 day old NEW phone. Google warranty service is very poor and don't know anything about warranty issues and I had to speak to 5 representatives including the manager (who called me back 3 days later) to fix everything. I'll keep my fingers crossed until I get a replacement phone and hope there are no problems. Moral: I'm not sure I'll ever trust the device maker "Google" whose device died 2 days later and never wait to open a device and test it. Test before return window.
