Review on ProcessKit by Matt Vanlaere

Everything that makes it easy to track projects in one place is amazing! The drag & drop editor helps us create new boards at will, also creating tasks automatically as we work through them really speeds up our workflow (also saves having 2 tools open next each other). It's free forever too which was great when I started using my clients business but now not so much since they're going commercial with their toolkits :) Would love if you could export board layouts into another format or even just save multiple files instead of only 1 layout file per day - maybe more like 3 then? Also would be nice to have better control over who can edit/view things etc vs being able to see all users access rights. We've been replacing some inefficient spreadsheets by making use out own processboard software; this has given me an insight what works well there from how people communicate within teams. The ability to automate tasks with integrations, visualizing progress through boards/gantt charts is great. It's not as easy to use in comparison to other tools out there. I think it would be easier if you can create more complex workflows by using custom logic rather than predefined rules. If you have any process that requires automation or needs tracking of time spent on certain processes then this tool will fit perfectly. Automation of repetitive manual jobs which saves my valuable time.
