Edit - The seller sent me new speakers without my knowledge solely in response to this review. This is a solid measure to solve the problem. At this point I had new ones installed so can't comment again on the quality but the service jumped to its stars. I installed them on my jeep and after 6 uses the left channel speaker blew up and it's not useless. worth the money - spend a little more and get a reliable brand. I'm sorry I went the cheap route with this purchase, I should have gone for Kenwood throughout the Jeep as my trusted brand for car speakers. Even before blowing, the sound quality was not very good in my opinion.
