to find one that works reliably. Recently I bought and tested HW103STB. Like the others in this group, the 130 started off quite well, recording shows that were programmed to be recorded. Last night I set it up to record a show and when I went to check which device was on, and the pilot indicator was green. This usually leads to problems, since the device has to switch off after the program has been written and the control lamp lights up red. I checked the disc drive and found again that the MediaSonic unit couldn't record an episode of one of my favorite shows this week. This is the first time the 130 has not recorded as programmed since it entered service less than a month ago. All other devices failed to record as well, and my email contact with the company brought no response. I can't say I would recommend their live HD broadcast recording products to anyone. When these products work, they do an excellent job; I just can't ever say when they do not log in because the device should turn off after recording the program and the indicator light turns red.
