The helpdesk is great to contact if you are having trouble with your software or stuck within an issue they can assist straight away! I have not found anything that i dislike about them. They provide excellent customer service which has helped me out quite often with my issues, also their team members really do care for each other when talking online via our chat facility as well! It helps us keep track of what's happening behind the scenes so we don't need to guess how our products work. Pro DBALimited has been working with us to provide us with a solution using Oracle Database 10g as well as 11g. They are always up-to-date with the latest versions of any technology used by them. There was nothing that I disliked about their service provider. The pricing structure is very reasonable which makes it easy for our business to adopt this product. They have helped us in migrating data from an older version of Oracle Database into an upgraded version.
