The price is right, the reporting can be customized for each client, all clients are treated like one in terms of ad targeting which helps reduce cross-client errors. I dislike that it does not allow you to track keywords separately from ads so you cannot be sure which keyword drove a lead versus an ad impression. Also would love more flexibility with creative elements as well. Targeting individual accounts instead of groups makes it easier when running multiple campaigns within your account. We have been able to target very specific audiences by using different creatives for our various customer personas and then segment them later down into even more granular buckets according to their interests/behaviors/intentions.
