Metal free, good for me
This strap activates the metal detector when held close to the buckle. There is probably a thin metal wire in the middle of the buckle. In addition, the belt holes wear out quickly. I am going to buy a new belt which will hopefully be metal free.
Pros
- Suitable for travel but not strong enough to be an everyday belt. Leather feels cheap, almost like fiber.
