The ease of use and flexibility in customization makes this system very easy for us as users to understand how things work. Some features are not available such as adding custom fields or using HTML templates which would make it more user friendly than what we have now (which can be easily edited). If you're looking at an all-in one platform that does everything then go ahead but if your needs aren't met by other offerings out there, I'd suggest trying another product first before purchasing. We needed something where our reporters could upload their own content into articles without having to rely solely upon editors doing so. This gives them ownership over their stories while also allowing me time to write up new ones instead of editing/writing from scratch each week.
