Review on Anker Powerline Charging Charge MacBook by Rick Rogers

The cable is rated for at least 60W charging. However - and this is a big warning! - It can't be used to connect my MacBook Pro to my monitor via USB-C... So if you need a nice soft cable just for charging and charging, this will do. However, if you need it for something more data intensive, don't waste your money! To be honest, I feel a little cheated as this shortcoming should have been explicitly mentioned in the product description, but the description is rather evasive in this regard and avoids addressing the possibilities of the data. Nowadays it is absolutely essential that data transfer rate information is included in USB-C cables. Surprised and disappointed, Anker.tl;dr: If all you need is a fast charging cable, this one will do. But if you're using a USB-C cable for data transfer, don't waste your money --> look elsewhere.
