We had two problems with this toaster.1. It's touted as a "stainless alembic", but that's only half the story. Stainless steel is only outside. Almost everything inside is made of aluminum (all inner walls, baking tray and crumb tray are made of aluminium). By the way, from a health point of view, a stove on aluminum is harmful. A silicone liner is required.2. It's touted as "easy to clean" but after toasting it twice it was absolutely impossible to clean with soapy water and a nylon brush/sponge as the instruction manual says. Yes, and the whole salon immediately looks old and unkempt after frying twice. What is burned on during firing can only be cleaned with abrasive materials, which is anything but "easy to clean". My strong opinion is that the toaster is not suitable for roasting with these aluminum parts. If not for toasting the product would be good but at a lower price. For these reasons I sent it back to the seller.
