Great for minor sprains
I'm using this for the first time now after spraining my ankle and it helps a lot - very comfortable to wear (although it's a little big with some of mine). tighter shoes). It offers enough stiffness to keep me from moving my ankle incorrectly but still enough flexibility to move my foot as needed for proper walking.
