This thing has definitely improved our ability to manage doggie pee pads in the house. Our dogs are trained to use them if they can't or don't want to go outside (like in bad weather). But one of our dogs also liked to tear them up into pieces, another liked to kick his back feet when he's done doing his business which made the pad sail to a location we didn't want it to be in, and both of our dogs would miss once in awhile.
