Get 1 size up if you want to be able to pull it down all the way.
I usually wear an XL so that is what I ordered first. It fit, but I couldn't pull it down all the way over my hips so I went a size up and it is perfect. The neckline is a little weird but I got it to wear under a jacket so it is fine.
- Bought it in the wrong size in small size by accident it too tight but I love the color
- A little snug compared to what i figured it would be.
