Review on Glow Dark Unisex Watch Black by Jen Coleman

I recently bought this watch to work in the security industry. I love clocks - I used to be able to make them work. It snaps onto my belt loop. It's easy to look down and see the time. It glows in the dark so I can see the time in dark places. I like that the military time is also printed on the watch (a bit too small but readable). While the watch is perfect for my work; However, it was incredibly difficult to remove the piece of plastic stuck between the watch case and the watch handle that allows the user to set the time. I broke my nails and spent two days trying to find a tool that could move them. He's too tight in his seat. My tweezers just broke the plastic (I think I tried 3 different tweezers). Eventually I was able to remove the piece with a pocket knife. During this extremely unpleasant process, I scratched the black surface of the watch. The plastic is too thick to remove easily. I think a thin, lighter case will serve to prevent the watch's battery from turning on until the watch is received by the customer. I would return the watch but it's perfect for my job as a security guard (plus sending it back is another lengthy process). Now the finish of my watch is scratched. Also, the watch had no instructions. I only got the facts from reading the Revain Q&A and other reviews (thanks to the folks who provided helpful information).
