I like how easy it is to use, all you need for your recruitment business. The interface is very intuitive and easy to understand, so even newbies can get started with little training. Their support team is also very helpful. It's not that much of a problem as long as you are using it in conjunction with an expert in the field (i.e., HR specialist). There are some features that could be improved, such as adding links to social media profiles. Also, there should be more ways to customize. Maybe allow customization of themes and colors. We have been able to manage our entire recruitment process through this product, from posting jobs, to screening resumes, to interviewing candidates. Everything works perfectly and the support is amazing. They are always there to help and resolve any issues that arise. I have no complaints. The only thing I dislike is the inability to pay for a yearly subscription. They can and should charge for this. We have been able to use Parodia for all of our recruitment needs. We have had a number of great hires thanks to Parodia.
