Since I first purchased these headphones, two years have passed. This "miracle" was acquired for the purpose of facilitating communication when playing online games. During the operation, the delicate membranes that are located close to the ears lost their elasticity and fell off. Recently, whenever I adjust the level using the slider that is housed in the right earpiece, the sound begins to skip from the right "ear" to the left and vice versa, and a crackling noise can be heard throughout the process.
