Review on Agenty by Dustin Miller

The UI is very intuitive. I love that you can customize it to fit my business needs. My customers like it as well. It is easy to train our support staff which we use often. The customer service team is also great! We've been using Agenty since 2016. So far there are not issues we have encountered. Sometimes it can take a bit of time when adding new documents or categories. But this is minor. As long as you keep an eye out for any updates we would highly recommend it. Data management has gotten easier with Agenty. There's less work involved in managing the data that comes in daily from sources such as social media.
