This slicer promised to be the perfect tool for julienning veggies but it falls short .Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can tell that the blades are dull and often get stuck, making it difficult to slice through even soft vegetables. The only positive THING is that it is made with stainless steel, but that is not enough to make up for the poor performance. Save your money and look for a better vegetable slicer..
