The quality is terrible and the product is not what it says it is.

In vain I bought burger buns, cheese, herbs, sauces, etc. Saturday grill party broke off. We will see how events develop further.

  • The price with all the discounts, bonuses and coupons is great. Without them - the price does not match the quality of workmanship. I did not try it in the case for the reason described in the shortcomings.

  • 1. The workmanship is poor China. It says on the box: "Manufacturer - Huayu Electrical Appliance Group Co., Ltd.", and the importer - Pallada LLC. But there is a quality China such as Xiaomi or Huawei, and sometimes an OEM assembled on the knee. And do not position yourself as 2022 manufacturers. The quality can be seen in the photos. 2. The grill was immediately out of the package with numerous scratches, abrasions on the handle and even one damage. You can see it on the photo. There is also an unpacking video so that they don’t say that I went through sandpaper myself. 3. On one flat surface, the damage to the coating is 4-5mm rounded in the central part. 4. On another flat surface on the side, layering of the coated base material. The size is also somewhere around 4-5 mm. Eventually! I immediately wrote to support with a request to replace the product. They answered me about the complicated and long procedure for returning, making a decision, etc., while they promised to return only the money, and not replace the goods. And why do I need money if I need a product, because the same new one already costs several thousand more. As a result, I asked to replace the product or reduce the cost, which is my legal consumer right. left to think. On the manufacturer's website, in addition to the phone number, which works only on weekdays, there is no other contact for contacting.
