The smell is terrible but washable.
They smell awfully new, but they can be washed. I tried airing them out for 2 weeks but it didn't help. As a last effort, I put two of these in the washing machine and they looked and smelled great. Usually the washing machine ruins ties, but these fit perfectly. (I wouldn't recommend drying them.)
