This is going to be great!

My neighbors and I are having a little contest. It's friendly, but especially the guy across the street is going out of his way at Christmas, so am I. We're no "easy fight" but for two guys working full time we make our houses look nice. Of course we can't do the same thing every year, that would get boring, so I'm always on the lookout for new things. Last year I added clear falling rain icicle lights to the front of my house as one of my new decorations, but still have an apple tree in the middle of our yard that needs something. These go there, maybe with some extra blue lights. These lights are motion lights, when you plug them in the LEDs start at the top of the light and then go out so it looks like a falling drop. It was hard to get a picture of them, but they look really neat. There are 8 tubes in each pack, so enough for a smaller tree, but it would take more than one to go through your whole house. They're also super easy to hang, lightweight, and add a bit of "wow" to your display. When they are first plugged in they all start at the top and go down but after a minute or so they have slightly different speeds so different ones are running at different times. Being LED they use very little power I haven't seen how much but usually these types of lights are under 20 watts but they are a lot brighter. Of course they are waterproof, ready for indoor and outdoor use. They appear to be of very good quality. I don't think I've ever had an LED burn out on mine so hopefully these will last for many years.
