It can get a little heavy when used for some time if fully hand held and not just a pole. I had no problems and didn't spit up water like the previous time. I think it works great and lots of hot vapor. I've used it about 8 times in 2 months. Hope this lasts a long time. Update 6 months later: I still love it, but I've noticed on occasion that it suddenly shoots out a huge amount of vapor (careful not pointing it at anyone) and so much that the stuff can get a little wet (perhaps due to How do I hold it and the water level?), but I just let it hang a little longer or just put it on. Not enough to feel "wet". I think it just shows how well it works and I'm still amazed at how 1 swipe gets rid of all the wrinkles.
