I've been using original Samsung toner cartridges since I recently bought the printer. I thought what the heck why not save some money on a compatible cartridge? To be honest - since installation (my first 3 toners were Samsung brand) paper jam after paper jam. I use the same paper as I always do (HP), and yet every document I tried to print with these new, "compatible" toner cartridges resulted in paper jams. This wastes my paper and time, and causes endless frustration as I pry jammed paper out of the printer by opening various doors, removing the toner cartridge, and so on. When it's not jamming, it looks fine - good print quality - but constant jamming must be a fault in the cartridge's fit and finish - as it obviously doesn't engage properly with the printer's rollers and elements.
