I bought 3 of these sets - there were obvious variations between the sets. First, all of the inner flaps were nicely taped for presentation. I had to glue two of them by hand. One of them came with a pack of stickers. Two of them don't. All three had different fathers, double-sided tape, sunflowers and a black ribbon. As an aside I made one for a birthday, Mother's Day and Father's Day - I'm a graphic designer so I was able to print images for everyone that was the exact size for the patches on the product. I bought a double sided tape dispenser and metal handles. I was able to put them together pretty quickly, using the internet for quote and poem ideas, and then it was time to decorate. We carry a lot of handwritten notes in our pockets. I have to say I like how the inside looks once it's done - it's harder to make it look good on the outside. I've tried some of the stickers that came with it and it looks like a lame afterthought, but I can't remove them to try something else. I think using your own stickers or scrapbook crafts would be a great idea. All in all I recommend this if you are creative, it makes a fun and unique gift but if you don't want to spend time crafting this is not for you.
