Get ready to pull your hair out. I read many, many good reviews about the PixScan mat and bought it thinking it might be my new take on smoothing out tricky incisions. I've tried every different tips, tricks, and troubleshooting tips I can find (including my work at Silhouette School) but I couldn't register the damn thing so I could use it myself. . I would give it one star but I've read enough reviews to think my issue could be user error/bug. Just keep in mind that using it is not as easy as the tutorials make it seem.
