Hurts when not used properly.

I have a herniated disc and seems a little big so hurts but back is bad that thus helps if in the right spot like when at PT.  That's my review!

Pros

Works just like the ones at the gym and the length is perfect.

Cons

May be too firm for individuals with sensitive muscles or joints
