Very satisfied, so far the best in kitchenware and gadgets

I used this bowl for the first time today. I stretched out the dough (8.0 ounces of dough to 11 inches in diameter) on a lightly floured countertop. I dusted the skin generously with cornmeal and then manually transferred the batter to the skin. I spread the dough with the sauce and cheese on the skin and then placed the cake on the stone in the oven preheated to 500 degrees. It immediately slipped off the skin. When the cake was done, I used a metal spatula to lift the front edge of the stone and slide the bowl underneath. No problem. The whole cake went on easily on the skin. I then transferred the cake to a cooling rack. The skin arrived in excellent condition. I washed it with warm soapy water (Dawn), hand dried and allowed to air dry completely (about 5 hours). Then lubricated with mineral oil. Size see photos. Contrary to what some reviewers say, there is no weird or strong odor. There were no cracks or deformations. Again, this was the first time I used this. If there are any problems in the future I will update this review. At this point it definitely gets 5 stars. Update November 21st: Today is my fourth time using this scrub. (My husband is out of town and I'm taking this opportunity to hone my pizza making skills.) Still no problem. I reduce the amount of cornmeal needed so the batter doesn't stick to the skins. Today I used 1 teaspoon and it was enough for an 11 inch cake. I'm still very happy with this scrub. No smell, no deformation, no splintering. (I wash, dry and oil after each use.)
