It's like a box. best in my review

I saw this crop top and thought it was super cute, vibrant, and perfect for summer. I received it and was really pleased with the material.it's super stretchy feeling and lightweight. When I put the top on, however, it was like a big box - just SUPER wide. I'm not sure that I'd be able to combat this by getting a smaller size or not, because then it would be shorter as well. I'm bummed because the quality is nice and the overall design is cute, but it's just too wide to be flattering for my body shape. I'm an hourglass shape and it makes me look like a rectangle.
