I have 6 liter and 8 liter instant pots. Changed this pressure float on both. Just a tiny plastic lid inside that pops off with your fingers. The metal part comes out from above. Just use a pipe cleaner to clean the hole in the cap and replace it. Seals faster and without leaks. I got rid of that disgusting old plastic cover. The old one was brown. They are translucent when new. Now my pot is like new as I also replaced the o-rings.
