With the PS5 robbing us of a USB port (compared to the PS4) this is a MUST, especially if you're also using a PSVR 1 (which needs 2 USB ports for a headset) and a PS4 camera) or peripheral devices . On the back of my PS5 I have both PSVR 1 cables plugged in, as well as my G29 Force Feedback wheel (with one free port), while the USB 3 port is on the front. The PS5 can either charge a DualSense controller or connect a HOTAS joystick (I suspect the joystick can also be connected to a hub, but I haven't tested it). The other USB port on the back of the PS5 is where I connected an external hard drive (which CANNOT be plugged into a hub). Without a hub like this, you're forced to constantly plug and unplug peripherals, so I'm very glad this actually works as advertised. Buy this product.
