I bought a new Dell XPS 15" in November 2020 and was looking to get an additional PSU. After checking the PSU that came with my XPS, it requires a Dell 130W PSU. Found this one, ordered it and when i plugged it into my laptop i got a warning saying i "connected a power supply with less current"! difference. to the average user it looks and feels the same , but that's where the resemblance ends, if you compare the sticker on the back, the original Dell sticker is off-white while the fake one is bluish, it's also missing key power information on the first line below the Dell logo, as well as some security logos.
