I like how it can be used as an online platform where clients have access to all information related to them in one place. This helps me keep track of my clients progress without having to ask questions individually about each client's fitness level or goals. Sometimes when you are trying to get more data and see what your next step should be it may take awhile before you actually receive results. Also sometimes certain areas seem easier to work on than others but overall i do love this website because its very helpful once I start working out with someone who has never worked exercise programs such as these before! Keeping up with workout schedules and staying motivated to maintain good health and reach new heights within myself while keeping my body strong and healthy.
