Review on GeoMine by Tyler Born

The best thing about this software is its ability to visualize all aspects of mining projects. It has helped me analyze my drilling plans for more efficient production rates. I have also used it to create geological maps as well as mine planning diagrams. My only dislike would be how inflexible some features like the pit/stopes toolbox were when we first started using them. We solved our problems after learning the basics though so they did not really get frustrating until later down the road. If you enjoy working with GIS then this product will help you out tremendously! I am able to understand where the faults and weaknesses of each project are by visualizing geology over topographic map layers.
