Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase; I switch between a manual toothbrush and an electric one; my 3-and-a-half-year-old son also has a children's nozzle, and he enjoys using it to clean his teeth (we clean the manual brush once a week, and the electric one once every three to four days). Good for cleaning, gets rid of plaque, and polishes teeth; it also effectively inhibits the buildup of tartar, so your teeth never have to look dull. My gums are really sensitive, so I can only use it once per day. I wouldn't say it hurts much, but it does occur.
