CorningWare, Non-Stick 3.2 Quart QuickHeatRoaster with Lid, Lightweight Roaster,Ceramic Non-Stick Interior Coating for EvenHeat Cooking, French NavyMy wife has many pieces from CorningWare, and loves them all. So, when she saw thisnon-stick roaster, she didn’t hesitate at all to purchase it. The roaster arrived well packaged,with no damage, and clear care instructions.The roaster is definitely lightweight. The outside has more of a matte finish and overall it cleanswell. The issue that my wife had was that after the very first use, the ceramic chipped on thebottom of the roaster. And from there, more chips began happening. She did not use metalutensils, or anything abrasive on it. She also did not put it in the dishwasher, but washed it byhand with mild dish soap and a soft sponge. She was disappointed that this happened, andunfortunately, will not be buying another one to replace it. For this reason, she gives it threestars. The roaster has a great design, holds a lot, and is non-stick, however, the ceramic isweak and needs to be reevaluated by the company
