Functionality is good. I can change volume, monitor, play/pause, take calls. However, I was only able to use it for about 30 minutes. because the earphone is not comfortable at all. I don't know why they didn't put a flexible ear tip on them that fits easily in any ear. Instead, the liner is rigid, not flexible at all, does not move, and is very large. We don't all have the same ear shape or big ears! I can't use them as they were designed so I have to return them. Disappointed because I like everything else about them but they are too uncomfortable.
