Essential Grill Tool
This grill cleaning brush is just as essential as long-handled tongs. Works very well with the fairly thick grate on my Cuisinart propane gas grill. Also good on porcelain grates in my Oklahoma Joe Smoker. It's also worth cleaning the "heat tents" over the propane burners. They don't touch food, of course, but they can accumulate a lot of burned debris. Thermal tents work best when they are mostly clear of debris. In this case, a grill brush with bristles is best. Both brushes are fine. The brush itself rarely needs cleaning. A quick jet of water from a hose is sufficient. Health. Grill often.
