Needed again! for hinges

Again. Not very happy! I just bought the black ones and installed them in our master bathroom. Upon opening it turned out that they were used and scratched. Now I get this for our other bathroom and the SAME. I don't feel like I have to pay full price for used items! The screws for it still have the wood in the thread. A few scratches on top. i needed it It's a hassle to send things back when you need them. But I am NOT satisfied with that.

Pros

Plain bearing hinges include 108 free screws for quick and easy installation. It can be rotated 270 degrees. Longer screws are especially useful when replacing existing devices with the same hole pattern.
