They seem to work well and stay in place even through the drawer liner. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because I wasn't very impressed with their quality. For the price I would have expected a little better quality. When I opened the box, most of the orange tool lights were dangling in the box. I actually had to cut off some extra plastic pieces to attach them which makes me feel like they were never installed. Also a few magnets and plastic caps on the bottom were loose in the box, no problem putting them back on but they just look bad when you take them out of the box. I think it's good design, they just need to find the best source for production. I received two of these and they were both in the same condition. They should also include more spacers so you can separate them all if necessary as the spacers are not sold separately.
